Steven draws from all his past experiences to provide you with a comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation program to assist you in returning to activity and achieving your goals. He listens attentively to get a clear background history of your injury and then performs a thorough physical assessment to get to the root cause of the problem. Afterwards, he will use hands-on treatments including manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to help you move. Steven is very passionate about empowering all his patients by educating them on their injury and providing them with exercises and strategies to manage their pain and improve their function. In doing so, he hopes to not only help you recover from your injury but also prevent other injuries from happening in the future.
